In my experience, monthly fee is an issue to collect as you constantly have to remind members to pay, unless you institute a debit order service. Annualy would be the cheepest and most efficient.EFT direct to the bank account.

Debit orders are an option if volumes justify. My company offers such a service but would recommend that you get a range of quotes - I would not want this to be a sales pitch!

I am keen to contribute as I get great value from the forum - count me in!!!!
