KLR Tubeless Conversion was created by Lloydb
Heya peeps.

So I am sure there are tons of information and techniques on doing this but I stumbled across
this and thought it might be of some use.

Although the document is not in English there are some clear and descriptive pictures.

Enjoy

except that if you constantly wet your fingers/hands with soapy water, the sikaflex shit doesn't stick to your skin - then you get a much neater and smoother finish

And your setup is still holding?

Would you say it is a safe conversion to do Pannas?

i did my klr and xt660, and my 800gs - geen kak sover.
do a proper job the first time - and it will last.
i deflated my front tyre to 1 bar, ran it like that - and it held.
and normally i commute at 2.8 bar - wich is also fine
so high pressure, low pressure - it works!
very easy to do

I'm curious. How do you set the bead with tubeless, or do you have it done at a shop?
