I have a gen2 KLR, and for the last couple of days it feels as if the front forks are more compressed than usual during normal riding, and if I sit and compress them down further it feels as if they only compress for about 2 inches, is this normal and what could be the cause?

No they are not stuck, and the forks are not bent

The forks just feel as if they dip lower than usual, as well as when using the front brake the whole bike tilt a lot more to the front

Welcome to the forum.

When last was the fork oil and seals replaced? Fresh fork oil and new seals may improve the sag.

It is possible to replace the original springs with something like Wilbers. The standard springs are not very good. There are other options like emulators of which Dave can tell you more.
