I have old oil from oil changes and old chain lube cans, some that are expired with some product still inside, and just want to know how I should go about to dispose of them.

Oil recycling places like Oilkol will take it. Also any oily rags.
Most car workshops will also take a can of oil or two if you do your own servicing.

Find the nearest ROSE foundation. At my nearest municipal dumping site they have a container for dirty oil and cans.
